💳 Credit Cards & Bank Debit Cards:

Let’s make life a bit easier! We can securely store your card information in your client file, just like your utilities or phone bill. After the initial setup, we’ll only be able to see the last 4 digits and the expiration date, keeping everything safe and sound. Easy peasy! 

✍️ Personal Checks:

Checks are cool too! We can deposit them via a mobile app for your convenience.

⏰ Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

We know life happens, but here’s how we keep things running smoothly:

  • Confirmation Time: You’ll get an email 3 days before your appointment with a “Confirm Here” button. Please click it to lock in your spot! ✅
  • Missed Confirmation?: If you don’t confirm 48 hours before your appointment, your spot might be given away! We’ll try to call or text you, but it’s on you to confirm. 📞📧

If you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a few things might happen:

  • A $100 late reschedule fee could apply.
  • We might require a $200 deposit for future bookings.
  • If a charge fails, we’ll pursue legal action to recover the costs.

🌧️ Weather & Rescheduling

Oklahoma’s weather can be wild! If dangerous conditions arise, we’ll happily reschedule at no charge. For light rain or showers, we may still proceed with the appointment. It’s all at our discretion. 

🧼 Prepare for Your Appointment

🚰 Check Exterior Faucets:

Make sure those faucets are working! 💧 We need them to keep your place sparkling clean.

🛋️ Personal Items:

Please move furniture, toys, and other personal items out of the way before we arrive. It helps us avoid any accidents or extra fees!

🪟 Window Cleaning:

Pull back drapes, raise blinds, and clear the way around your windows (inside & out). We’ll do the rest! 

🏠 House Washing:

  • Shut and lock all windows. 🪟
  • Place old towels at the base of doors and any questionable windows.
  • Remove any fabric-covered or sensitive items outside.

🧽 Surface Cleaning:

Move items sitting on patios or walkways at least 20 feet away from the cleaning area.

Note: If these steps aren’t followed, there may be additional charges, or your appointment could be rescheduled with a late fee.

🔑 Access to Cleaning Areas

Before we arrive, please ensure:

  • Gate codes are provided.
  • Personal gates are unlocked.
  • Pets are secured.
  • Sprinklers are off.

If any of these aren’t done, we may reschedule and charge a late fee.

🚧 Other Trades on Property

Having other trades on-site can mess up our work. If you need another service on the same day, let’s chat first! If we arrive and another trade is present, we may need to:

  • Reschedule with a late fee.
  • Charge for waiting time.
  • Add charges for working around the other service.

⚠️ Important Note:

Renee is highly allergic to certain cleaning agents. To keep her safe, please avoid using PineSol, Mr. Clean, Zap, degreasers, or similar products before or during our visit. Natural cleaners are generally okay, but not guaranteed. Renee’s health is our top priority! 🙏🌱
